Tom is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Siena, specialising in Executive Search.
Tom has strong pedigree within the change and transformation space working directly with the Board, ExCo and their leadership teams across Private Equity, Banking (Neo, Retail, Investment), Asset and Investment Managers, Payments, Fintech, Insurance and Insurtech.
Tom’s background spans Management Consultancy (where, as a Partner he established a Financial Services practice across UK & Ireland), and Recruitment (where he sat on the leadership team at Harvey Nash’s Finance & Banking division), responsible for building a greenfield core technology practice.
Outside of work, Tom spends most of his time with the family, travelling when time allows it, and playing golf and cricket in the summer months.
