The task
The DMA is a trade organisation for data-driven marketers trying to empower marketing organisations to be more creative, innovative and ethical.
They were keen to explore ways to create better interactions and experiences for their members and we wanted to show them how they could do this through digital change initiatives.
It was imperative to realise that, if you’re working in a constantly changing industry like the DMA, you need to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and constantly evolve your process to maintain a competitive edge.
The action
Throughout our partnership with the DMA, we created a strategy aligned to the company’s culture and goals, and oversaw the digital transformation programme we had designed.
Our programme included both creating a business case, and the management and implementation of the programme.
The outcome
- An increase in online sales of courses and memberships
- A best-in-class online user experience
- A new CRM system that created a 360-degree customer view for the DMA and a better overall customer experience
