David is a Director in our Change Assurance practice, working with our clients to review all aspects of their large strategic programme delivery and advising them on ways of reducing delivery risk.
During his career, has held senior change delivery and consulting roles across several top tier consultancies and Tier 1 banks. David has built up a specialism for helping clients recover the delivery of large programmes where they have started to struggle and has built up a reputation as a trusted advisor across both the banking and insurance sectors.
Outside of work David has a passion for all things ECO and spending time with family and friends.
