He is an experienced senior executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry spanning commercial insurance, life insurance, pensions, banking and consultancy sectors.
Steven has successfully managed P&L and operational business units, including strategic transactions, new startups, business recoveries, and strategic outsourcing. Steven has demonstrated strong change management capabilities, leading significant multi-faceted programs across global teams in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the USA.
Since retiring from full time work, Steven has focused on advisory work in the UK and Latin America and combines this with a commitment to social causes including rural poverty and isolation, and climate change awareness.
Outside of work Steven balances his time between family, playing and listening to music, cycling and travelling.
