Steven will primarily support the firm as we continue to expand our proposition to the insurance sector. Steven will also become a member of our Advisory Board, helping to attract top-tier talent from other industries to broaden our expertise and strengthen our market position.
Steven brings extensive, expert industry experience to The Siena Partnership, having served as a senior executive across the financial services industry. His professional experience spans commercial insurance, life insurance, pensions, banking, and consultancy sectors. He has successfully managed P&L and operational business units, including strategic transactions, new startups, business recoveries, and strategic outsourcing. Steven has also led the pack in change management, in heading up significant, multi-faceted programs across Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the USA.
